3-year extended warranty included!
Regardless of how long the manufacturer's warranty is for the Samsung CLT-505L cartridges, we have extended the warranty to three years. If the cartridge stops working before its normal printing capacity is exhausted, we will refund the unprinted part. This Samsung SU035A ink cartridge is NOT an original cartridge manufactured by the printer manufacturer, i.e. it is a so-called replacement cartridge. According to the law, using a replacement cartridge does not void the warranty granted to the printer. Of course, the printer manufacturer is not responsible for (very unlikely) damages that are directly caused by using a cartridge other than the original. In practice, however, ink cartridges do not damage printers, whether they are original or replacement cartridges. (Rare) problems with print cartridges are usually related to print quality or the printer not recognizing that the cartridge has been changed (related to driver software updates). Our 3-year warranty covers these print quality or “start-up” issues, so you can save on printing costs with peace of mind by using a replacement cartridge.

If you place an order for stock products from us on weekdays before 2 pm, we usually get the shipment on the same day.
