3-year extended warranty on the shop!
Regardless of how long the manufacturer's warranty for the Brother DR-3100 cassette is, we have always extended the warranty to three years. If the cartridge stops working before its normal print capacity runs out, we will refund the unprinted part. This Brother DR3100 drum is NOT an original cartridge made by the printer manufacturer, so it is a so-called replacement supply cartridge. By law, the use of a supply cartridge does not invalidate the warranty granted to the printer. Of course, the printer manufacturer is not responsible for any (very unlikely) damages directly caused by using a non-original cartridge. In practice, however, drums do not damage printers, whether it is an original or a supply cartridge. Print cartridge (rare) problems are usually related to print quality or the fact that the printer does not recognize that the cartridge has changed (related to driver software updates). Our 3-year warranty covers those print quality or "start-up difficulties", so you can worry-free save on printing costs by using a supply cartridge.

We always have thousands of cassettes ready to send in our own warehouse in Vantaa. For cassettes in stock, the delivery time is stated in the product information as 0-1 days. If you place an order from us for stock products on weekdays before 2 p.m., we usually get the shipment on the way on the same day. Delivery is often already on the next business day, especially if you choose home delivery. You can also order delivery to many different pick-up points or parcel machines.
